使用方(fang)法:
1、焙烤食品(pin)餡料(liao)類(lei):將本品(pin)用少量(liang)(liang)植物油混勻或用少量(liang)(liang)水溶(rong)解,在生產后期將起鍋時加入攪勻(注:餡料(liao)粘稠度(du)高,務必使本品(pin)混合(he)均勻)。
2、糕點、面包類:本品(pin)溶于(yu)水后與其他配料混合(he)均(jun)勻(yun)即可。
建議(yi)用量:
按食品總量計(ji),最大添加量0.15%。
